KYC\/KYB and compliance data<\/h3>\n        <p>\n          To pre-screen and support onboarding with Licensed EMI Partners, we may\n          collect and process:\n        <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>identity information (name, date of birth, nationality);<\/li>\n          <li>identification documents (ID, passport, proof of address), where legally permitted;<\/li>\n          <li>company documents (incorporation, registers, ownership charts);<\/li>\n          <li>information on beneficial owners, directors and authorised signatories;<\/li>\n          <li>information on source of funds \/ wealth and risk profile;<\/li>\n          <li>results of sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <h3>3.4. Transaction-related data (merchant customers)<\/h3>\n        <p>\n          When OGPayX is used as a technical and reporting layer, we may process\n          limited data related to transactions and end-customers, such as:\n        <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>transaction identifiers, timestamps, amounts and currencies;<\/li>\n          <li>limited payment method information (e.g. masked card number, scheme, issuer country);<\/li>\n          <li>transaction status (approved, declined, refund, chargeback);<\/li>\n          <li>limited customer information (e.g. hashed or tokenised email, IP country), where necessary for risk and reporting.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p>\n          Where we process such data solely to provide technical services to\n          merchants (e.g. dashboard, analytics, reporting) on their documented\n          instructions, the merchant remains data controller and\n          <strong>2EF acts as data processor<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <!-- 4. Purposes and legal bases of processing<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          We process personal data for the purposes and on the legal bases\n          described below:\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>4.1. Operating and securing the Website<\/h3>\n        <p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> provide access to the Website, maintain performance and security, generate basic statistics.<\/p>\n        <p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n        <h3>4.2. KYC\/KYB, AML\/CTF and sanctions screening<\/h3>\n        <p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> assist Licensed EMI Partners in performing due diligence, risk assessment and compliance checks.<\/p>\n        <p>\n          <strong>Legal basis:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>\n            compliance with <strong>legal obligations<\/strong> to which the EMI Partner is subject\n            (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and\n          <\/li>\n          <li>\n            our <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> in preventing fraud, money laundering and\n            misuse of our Services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).\n          <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p>\n          Where special categories of data or data relating to criminal convictions\n          are processed, this is done only in the limited circumstances permitted\n          by applicable law and typically under the responsibility of the Licensed EMI Partner.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>4.4. Providing OGPayX Services to merchants<\/h3>\n        <p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> provide dashboard, reporting, integration, technical support and other non-regulated features.<\/p>\n        <p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> performance of a <strong>contract<\/strong> with the merchant (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n        <p>\n          Where we process end-customer data strictly on the merchant\u2019s instructions,\n          the merchant is the controller and we act as processor under a\n          separate Data Processing Agreement.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <h3>4.5. Risk management, fraud and abuse prevention<\/h3>\n        <p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> monitor for unusual patterns, potential fraud, abuse or breaches of our Terms.<\/p>\n        <p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> our <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> in protecting our business, merchants, EMI Partners and end-customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n        <h3>4.6. Marketing and communications<\/h3>\n        <p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> send updates, product information, invitations and newsletters about OGPayX.<\/p>\n        <p>\n          <strong>Legal basis:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>your <strong>consent<\/strong>, where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); or<\/li>\n          <li>\n            our <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> in promoting our services to existing or\n            prospective business clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to your right\n            to object at any time.\n          <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <!-- 5.
